Chronic back pain

How to help: music works on the autonomic nervous system – is responsible for the control of our blood pressure, heart rate and brain function part of the nervous system – as well as the limbic system – the part of the brain that control mood and emotions. According to one study, the two systems were sensitive to music.

When we slow down, our blood pressure and heart rate slows, which helps us breathe more slowly, reducing our neck, shoulders, stomach and back muscles. In addition to physical stress, music also reduces psychological stress, experts say.

In other words, when we feel pain, we become afraid, depressed, and angry, which makes us nervous, and we have hundreds of muscles on our backs. Listening to music regularly helps our bodies relax, which can help relieve and prevent back pain.

Research: a new study at the salzburg general hospital in Austria, published in the Vienna journal of medicine, may be the key to back pain. In this study, 65 patients aged between 21 and 68 were enrolled in the study, and patients with chronic back pain after back surgery were divided into two groups.

One group received standard medical care and physical therapy. The other group also listened to music and received 25 minutes of visualization each day for three weeks. The results showed that groups that listened to music and used images were better at alleviating pain than those who didn’t hear music and use images.

Responsible for the study of clinical psychologist Franz temperature Turner (Franz Wendtner) said: “music is an important part of our physical and mental health – since our mother’s womb to hear her heartbeat and breathing rhythm,

Listening to music 25 minutes a day for at least 10 days can help prevent back pain and make you sleep better.

How to help: for many people with memory loss, speaking has become meaningless. Music helps patients remember music or songs and is associated with their history. This is because the part of the brain that deals with music is located next to memory.

The patient was exposed to all three conditions for six consecutive days. The results showed that two-thirds of people who did not hear music showed significantly reduced anxiety symptoms and directed enhancement.
