Production Method:

Pour 125 ml of room temperature water into a small bowl and sprinkle with yeast. Let’s sit for about 5 minutes until dissolved.

Mix butter or lard with sugar and salt in a large bowl. When the mixture was cooled to a mild temperature, the yeast and water were poured into the mixture, and then the whipped eggs were added.

Slowly add the flour and mix until the dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Each time a small ball (slightly larger than a baseball) is taken, it is rolled into a 3 mm thick piece, which is then cut into strips 5 to 8 cm wide and then cut into diamonds in the opposite direction.

In deep and deep fryers, heat the oil to 180 degrees Celsius, medium to high temperature.
